Tim Mardon, MRICS, qualified in 1992 whilst working for an Institutional Investor in the West End before leaving to join Millar Kitching Limited in 1996 where he was a shareholder prior to the sale of the business in 2005 to the Erinaceous Group.
Tim was made Head of Asset Management at Dunlop Heywood, then a subsidiary of Erinaceous, before resigning a year later to set up MPAM in late 2006.
Tim provides a bespoke asset management service to a select group of clients and has been involved in numerous high profile investment asset management deals throughout the UK. His clients include RREEF, Henderson Global Investors. BlackRock and Kennedy Wilson and he has mandates over several funds..

Paul Bickford has been involved in property and property development since 1988. This has included site assembly, planning issues, funding, development and onward disposal.
Paul has worked on a range of schemes including residential, commercial, town regeneration and motorway service stations. Paul has also held a number of senior roles in both the private and public sector and brings a wealth of experience to MPAM.
